Your Resume is the most important tool in your job search toolbox.
Be sure it’s a great one!
It starts with a good conversation.
I take your background materials and study them. We meet and discuss your experiences and achievements. I ask a lot of questions, so we can pull out details that bring your professional story to life.
Then things get a bit technical.
I use different tools and strategies to discover the most relevant skills your target job requires, and write your resume in language that mirrors and matches the language your dream companies use when looking for someone like YOU.
Then the magic happens.
The result? You are more likely to get through the Applicant Tracking Systems that pre-screen your resume when you upload your application materials. And when a recruiter or hiring manager actually reads your resume and sees that you are speaking their language, you are more likely to get an interview.
Never heard of an ATS system? These platforms perform instantaneous scans of your documents, and generate a “match score” to determine how well a candidate matches up to the company’s needs.
Once the ATS search algorithms have done their work, a recruiter can spend his or her time reviewing only the top candidates. For example, if 300 people apply for a job, the recruiter can choose to see only those candidates who rank in the top 25%– a far more manageable number (75).
That means that 225 candidates might not even be considered for the job, because a real person didn’t even look at them!
You need to rise to the top!
Let me help you get there.
Improve your odds of getting an interview with a professionally-written, ATS-optimized resume!
